When I founded Path MGMT, my vision was simple- to create an agency where talent isn’t just discovered but carefully nurtured. Having worked in the fashion industry for over twenty years – first as a model, then as a scout and agent- I’ve seen both the challenges and the opportunities it holds.

​Through Path , I walk alongside new faces, guiding them step by step toward international opportunities. For me, this is not only about entering the fashion industry, but about building the skills and mindset that allow every woman to stand tall and own her path.
